camellia are famous for two things,glossy dark evergreen foliage and the potential for abundant flowering in the dead of winter.unfortunately camellians are not living upto their full potential.not all camellian blooms  like this one they fail even to bloom and end up turning brown.harsh winter winds can dry out the plant tissue to harmful level.so give proper care and nourish them.the easier step is - make sure that your plant stay consistently watered.also make sure that your plant drain well.covering the plant can provide marginal protection from light frost.if you cover your plant ,make sure to remove it next morning or you may cause even more damage.so those who have this in their gardens must give special care to them during winters so they bloom to the highest and explore their beauty.
